I was super excited (and nervous) to speak at Accounting Matters' networking event on Saturday.
Apparently I was nervous enough that I didn't pay much attention to my surroundings... because I only realised from the photos afterwards that I was stood speaking in front of a blurb about myself 🫣 How humbling/embarrassing/exciting 😂
All the proceeds from the event are being donated to Cancer Research, so I am extra proud of myself for overcoming my fear of the microphone.
